Why is the IB PYP program important to you? The IB PYP is important to me because it encourages all students to be curious, ask questions, and take an active role in their own learning.  They explore real-world issues through six globally significant themes that helps them make connections across different subjects, develop critical thinking and communication skills. The PYP aims to foster a sense of responsibility and empathy for others while cultivating learners who are knowledgeable, caring, and principled, preparing them to be active and responsible citizens in a diverse, global community. The IB PYP prepares students to be successful later on in life.
