What College(s) Did You Attend?:  I am currently enrolled at Dallas College to pursue my associates in Early Childhood Education.

Education History: I have a year working for an after school program, xPlore, back in RISD in 2023-24, last school year 2024-25 was my first year working at a full time job. This will be my second year.

Interests/Hobbies Outside of School:  When I’m not in school, I enjoy going to church activities during the week, (church dances are my life!), drawing people with a style between realistic and cartoonish and coloring pictures. I also enjoy spending time outside; watching clean comedy, cooking meals/ baking (sometimes), reading books (romantic comedies and self help books), watering my mom’s fig plants, listening to music, playing board games with friends, playing some video games, watching wholesome movies with my family, and trying new restaurants. I like to watch animated movies, as long as it’s appropriate. And I’m open to trying new things, haha.

Why is the IB PYP program important to you?
It’s important to me because I would like to understand the world around me better and connect better with others. I think it’s important to foster a curiosity in students, to think for themselves, and to be caring to those around them. Students should have a sense of belonging, and a desire to take care of themselves, the people around them, and the environment they live in.
